Is the Free plan really free?+−
Yes. Two seats, unlimited contacts and deals, drag-and-drop pipeline, one AI agenda per month, one voice-to-action per month. Forever. No credit card to start.
What's the difference between Pipeline ($19) and Suite ($49)?+−
Pipeline gives you the full AI features on the CRM itself: unlimited AI updates, deal-health scoring, proposal generation, booking pre-qualification, weekly insights, and leadership forecast. Suite adds Campaign Engine (AI cold outbound) and the cross-engine automations that tie everything together. If your team mostly works inbound, Pipeline is plenty. If you're doing meaningful outbound, Suite pays for itself.
Why a 5-seat minimum?+−
Below five seats, the Performance OS (team scoreboards, leadership forecast) isn't useful enough to justify a paid plan. Solo founders and 2-seat teams get full value on Free.
What happens at 50 seats?+−
You move to Enterprise. We unlock SSO/SAML, audit log, custom roles, a dedicated success manager, and negotiated volume pricing. The product is the same; we wrap it with the controls procurement asks for.
Can I switch plans later?+−
Yes. Self-serve in Settings → Workspace. Prorated to the day. Downgrade and upgrade as your team changes.
What about annual prepay?+−
Available on Pipeline and Suite plans. 10% off if you commit annually. Available on the upgrade modal.
How does billing work for AI usage?+−
Generous baseline included with every paid seat. Heavy usage rolls into prepaid credits ($20 chunks, auto-reload available). You'll never get a surprise bill.
Is my data ever shared with AI providers?+−
Only the specific data needed for the AI action you triggered (e.g., the deal context when you click 'Update deal & next steps'). Never bulk training data. Our Anthropic agreement explicitly excludes our customer data from any training corpus.
