For Salesforce customers
Don't rip out Salesforce. Make it tell the truth.
We're not asking you to migrate the system of record your entire RevOps team has spent two years configuring. We sit on top of Salesforce — capture rep updates in one sentence, sync structured fields back, layer evidence-backed deal health and live forecast on top. Same database. Better data.
Bidirectional Salesforce sync is in private beta with design partners · Ships Q3 2026.
The Salesforce paradox
You're paying $165/seat for a system reps don't use.
Salesforce can model anything. It can also surface anything — once a rep enters it. The gap between “configured for our process” and “reps actually keep it current” is where forecast accuracy dies.
Forecast accuracy is rep self-report
Stages set by hand. Win probability set by hand. Forecast category set by hand. None of it cross-checked against actual signal.
Updates lag the reality by days
The deal that died Tuesday shows up in the Friday pipeline review. The deal that warmed up Wednesday doesn't move stage until next week.
No audit trail for AI-driven writes
Einstein and Agentforce write to fields with limited transparency. When the forecast slips, you can't see which AI suggestion the rep accepted.
The model
Salesforce stays the system of record. We're the capture and confidence layer.
Rep captures
One sentence after every call. Voice or text. AI parses into stage moves, follow-ups, contacts, deal health — rep confirms in one tap before save.
Outcome Engine
Sync writes back
On confirm, fields flow to Salesforce via REST API. Same field IDs your team configured. Same Apex triggers fire. Same flows run. The data is yours.
Salesforce REST API
Forecast layer reads
Deal health, evidence-backed scoring, and the live forecast view read directly from Salesforce data. No parallel database. No source-of-truth drift.
Outcome Engine forecast
We don't mirror your Salesforce database to ours. We don't bulk-export Opportunities. Reads + writes happen per-record on demand. Your CISO can audit every call from the Salesforce side.
Honest framing
Which one is right for you?
Salesforce is the right system of record for serious revenue orgs — we don't try to replace it. We do replace the slice between rep input and forecast confidence, and we do it better than Einstein and Agentforce do today.
Stay with
Choose Salesforce (alone) if…
- You need deep custom-object modeling, territory management, complex CPQ, or industry clouds (Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing).
- Your RevOps team is invested in Salesforce-native AI (Einstein / Agentforce) and the workflow gaps are acceptable.
- You're under 5 reps and Salesforce is overkill — Outcome Engine standalone would be a better starting point.
- You need a single-vendor stack for compliance reasons and adding a layer is procurement-prohibitive.
We'd rather tell you Salesforce (alone)is the right call than sell you a workspace that won't earn its seat.
Switch to
Choose Outcome Engine if…
- Reps avoid Salesforce because the entry UX is heavy — your forecast suffers as a result.
- You want AI-confirmed updates with a human approval step and a public audit trail, not opaque Einstein scores.
- Your RevOps team is too small to wring forecast accuracy out of Salesforce's stages + probability fields alone.
- You want evidence-backed deal-health scoring with the signal math visible to managers and reps.
- You'd rather add a $49–$497/seat capture + forecast layer than spin up a 6-month Salesforce migration.
Three-column data flow, six trust cards (human confirm, audit log, reversible writes, OAuth scoping, no bulk export, no training on customer data), and the roadmap with dates.
For your Salesforce admin
We respect your config.
Outcome Engine doesn't need new object types, custom metadata, or Apex changes to function. Field mapping is a 5-minute wizard run by an admin during onboarding.
Standard objects only
Reads + writes Account, Contact, Opportunity, Task, Event. Custom deal-health fields live where you tell us. No managed package required — REST API + OAuth only.
Narrowest OAuth scopes
api + refresh_token + standard object access. No marketing data, no service cloud objects, no admin-level access. Your admin sees and revokes the connection in one click.
Every write is audit-logged
Each Outcome Engine write records: the original rep sentence, the AI suggestion, the final value, the rep who confirmed, the timestamp. Exportable for your compliance team.
Sandbox + production
Production OAuth + sandbox OAuth both supported. Test the sync end-to-end in your sandbox before any data touches production. Field mapping migrates between environments.
Outcome Engine + Salesforce
The questions Salesforce teams actually ask.
Does Outcome Engine replace Salesforce?+−
No — and it isn't trying to. For larger revenue orgs, Salesforce stays the system of record. Outcome Engine sits on top as the capture and forecast-confidence layer: reps update in one sentence, structured fields sync back to Salesforce, and evidence-backed deal health plus a live forecast read from your existing Salesforce data. (For teams under about 5 reps that find Salesforce overkill, Outcome Engine standalone can be the better starting point.)
Does Outcome Engine integrate with Salesforce?+−
Yes — via bidirectional sync over the Salesforce REST API with OAuth, in private beta with design partners and shipping Q3 2026. It reads and writes standard objects (Account, Contact, Opportunity, Task, Event) using your existing field IDs, so your Apex triggers and flows still fire. No managed package and no new custom objects required.
Is Outcome Engine cheaper than Salesforce?+−
It isn't a like-for-like swap, so think of it as additive rather than a replacement: you keep Salesforce and add Outcome Engine as a per-seat capture and forecast layer on top. The return is forecast accuracy and rep adoption on the Salesforce seats you already pay for — reps update in one sentence instead of avoiding heavy data-entry screens — rather than a lower Salesforce bill.
What does Outcome Engine do that Salesforce Einstein doesn't?+−
Two things. First, confirm-first capture: instead of opaque scores written to fields, Outcome Engine turns a rep's sentence into suggested updates the rep approves before save, with a full audit trail (original sentence, AI suggestion, final value, who confirmed, timestamp). Second, evidence-backed deal health: every score shows the signals and weights behind it, visible to managers and reps, rather than a black-box probability.
Is my Salesforce data safe with Outcome Engine?+−
Yes. Outcome Engine doesn't mirror or bulk-export your Salesforce database — reads and writes happen per-record on demand using the narrowest OAuth scopes (standard object access only, no marketing or service-cloud data). Your admin sees and revokes the connection in one click, every write is audit-logged, and customer data is never used to train AI models. You can test the entire sync in a sandbox before any data touches production.
Do I have to migrate off Salesforce to use Outcome Engine?+−
No. There's no migration and no parallel database. Salesforce stays your system of record; Outcome Engine overlays the capture and forecast layer on top. A typical rollout is a 30-minute walkthrough, field mapping in your sandbox, then a pilot with one team before a workspace-wide rollout.
Bring the forecast confidence layer to your Salesforce org.
Design-partner cohort is open through 2026. 30-minute walkthrough → field mapping in your sandbox → pilot with one team before workspace-wide rollout.
